End User License Agreement for ARM

Effective date: March 18, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Bowman Ranch Furniture and governs your use of the ARM animal rescue management application and related content or services.

1. License grant

Bowman Ranch Furniture grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use ARM on compatible Apple devices that you own or control, subject to this Agreement and any applicable Apple terms.

2. Scope of use

ARM is intended to help animal rescues and related organizations manage records, operations, schedules, forms, contacts, adoptions, and related workflows. You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the intended function, security, or integrity of the software.

3. Authorization and activation

ARM may be downloaded without charge, but an unregistered and unlinked installation is inactive and is not licensed for operational use. ARM becomes usable only after valid authorization through a supported method such as a direct purchase, approved donated access, or successful linking to an already-authorized multi-user rescue workspace.

Authorization enables the eligible rescue workspace and related administrative functionality, subject to current app rules, entitlement validation, and connection requirements. A linked staff device may participate in an authorized multi-user rescue workspace even if that individual device has not completed its own purchase, provided it is properly linked under the authorized rescue’s current rules.

4. Multi-user and cloud-linked use

If your organization enables Multi User mode, ARM may connect to third-party services such as Google Drive to maintain a shared workspace. Your rescue is responsible for configuring cloud accounts, managing sharing permissions, and ensuring only authorized people have access.

5. Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute ARM except as allowed by law.
• You may not use ARM to violate privacy, security, or applicable law.
• You may not misrepresent authorization status, bypass access controls, or attempt to interfere with licensing or entitlement checks.
• You may not use the app in a way that damages the software, hosted content, or supporting services.

6. Rescue responsibility

Your organization is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered into ARM, the management of staff access, the security of devices and linked cloud accounts, and any decisions made based on data stored in the app.

7. No warranty

ARM is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Bowman Ranch Furniture does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every rescue’s workflow or compliance needs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bowman Ranch Furniture shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of ARM, including data loss, interruption of operations, or unauthorized access caused by factors outside reasonable control.

9. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. It may terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using ARM and delete the app from your devices.

10. Third-party services

ARM may interact with Apple services, Google services, or other third-party systems. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Changes to this Agreement

Bowman Ranch Furniture may update this Agreement as ARM evolves. The current version should be posted on the ARM EULA page hosted on the Bowman Ranch Furniture website.
